Because DroneBizKit products are instantly delivered digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.

If you have any trouble accessing or downloading your purchase, email us at dronebizkit@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right.

If a product is materially not as described, please contact us and we'll work with you on a fair resolution.
